These are our roasted Hazelnuts from right here in the southern Willamette Valley. We roast them in small batches throughout the year. Cream them to delicious butter, crush them into a crust, or enjoy them whole—have a taste, they are so good! Our Hazelnuts are packed full of healthy fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Our trees are grown along the Coast Fork Willamette River in rich alluvial soils teeming with life—making our nuts among the tastiest in the world.
